Personal Injury firm in the SFV area is seeking a part-full time medical office assistant and receptionist. We would like someone with experience but will train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones
Medical billing
Request/order medical records and process records
Assist office with delegated duties
Scan/copy documents as requested
Data entry
Set up claims
Set doctor appts
Qualifications:
English & Spanish speaking
Medical office experience
Must be willing to learn
Must follow directions
Proficient in MS office and web search
Great phone etiquette
Team player
Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills
