Job Description:
We’re seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist who is enthusiastic about patient care, thrives in a collaborative setting, and values professional growth through education and mentorship.
We are a long established practice offering chiropractic care, acupuncture, massage, hypnotherapy, and Naturopathic care. This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a clinic with a stellar reputation and a commitment to providing comprehensive, integrative care to our diverse patient base. This is also an excellent opportunity for newer practitioners to establish their patient base and lay foundations for their own practice. Should there be interest in participating with insurance, this is an option to pursue as well.
Responsibilities:
Patient care, including:
Intakes/Treatments via health history, following up w/ patients after treatment, detailed charting in records.
Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Basic knowledge of benefits of chiropractic care, myofascial massage, and lymphatic drainage.
Occasional phone calls and email correspondence to schedule patients and/or to answer questions.
Qualifications:
Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy (Required)
CA OT Licensure (Required)
CPR Certification (Required)
Good bedside manner, a warm and caring demeanor, self-motivated and reliable, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to educate a diverse array of patients during treatment sessions and create comprehensive treatment plans in tandem w/ other practitioners.
Basic working knowledge of Windows 11. Office is managed through Jane software. Training will be provided. Must provide own computer/personal device for chart notes, scheduling, invoicing, etc.
