Job Description: As a Care Champion, you will:
Provide in-home assistance with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, and meal preparation.
Monitor and report changes in the client's health, behavior, and needs.
Ensure a safe environment for clients by adhering to professional standards and home care policies.
Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life of our clients.
Requirements:
Certification as a Home Health Aide in California and registered .
At least one year of experience in home care, nursing, or a related field. (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient and caring demeanor, with a genuine passion for helping others.
Ability to work independently and as part of a dedicated team.
Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation.
Must have recent TB Test and physical.
CPR Certification.
Sign a statement acknowledging requirement to report suspected abuse of dependent adults and elders ( SOC 341 A)
Follow all Hippa guidelines to ensure client confidentiality.
