I'm looking for a colleague to help me launch an elderly home care business on the west side. This is a key hire for the organization and so it's critical that I get a great person for the role.
The ideal person will have 20+ years of healthcare experience and be interested in being a leader in the organization.
While initially some of the work will be hands-on patient care, over time they need to be a people manager, who will oversee a team of employees doing the elderly care visits, ensuring quality care, excellent communication and the highest levels of professionalism at all times.
I need someone who is easy to work with, has a positive attitude, can roll up there sleeves and get things done, is flexible, willing to go the extra mile to keep customers/patients happy and is interested in the responsibility of managing a team of employees. They'll need to be flexible to travel to customers as required, as well as meeting employees for planning, training and reviewing their work.
