As a DSP, you will be responsible for a variety of duties related to the overall care of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who isn’t afraid of taking initiative as well as being coachable.

About the Position:
You will be providing care and supervision to 4 adult males including but not limited to; cooking, light housekeeping, medication administration, charting, note taking, outings and other activities
Positions are full-time and part-time.
The worksite is located in Compton.
WILL TRAIN
Required Qualifications
All eligible applicants must have Live Scan fingerprinting clearance with the Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD)
CPI/CPR/First Aid certification (will help attain)
At least DSP Year 1 or equivalent experience and experience administering/assisting with medications (will train)
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Working phone and access to internet
Ability to push, pull, lift up to 25 lbs.
Ability to participate in activities that involve walking and standing
Must have reliable transportation to and from worksite
Salary: $16.50per hour + depending on experience
