About the Role:​ Dental Office Manager two locations. As Regional Manager, you’ll be the cornerstone of our dental offices' operational excellence and growth. Overseeing both locations, you’ll drive strategic initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction, streamline workflows, and elevate our business to new heights. You will work closely with our executive team to ensure each practice operates at peak efficiency, delivering exceptional patient care while achieving ambitious growth and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

​-Lead and inspire practice managers​, ​manage staff to deliver a seamless patient experience.

Ideal Candidate​ has a Minimum ​5 years of experience in multi-location ​Dental Practice Management, exceptional​ organizational, interpersonal​, and communication skills, with the ability to foster a positive, collaborative work environment. Proven experience in budget​ management, financial analysis, and performance metrics. A dynamic, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for patient-focused care.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
