️ Minimum 1 year of dental front office experience
️ Proficiency with Dentrix is required
️ Strong understanding of PPOs, HMOs, and Medi-Cal billing
️ Skilled in insurance verification, claim submission, and patient billing
️ Excellent communication and customer service skills
️ Reliable, professional, and a true team player
