Dental Front Office with Treatment Planning Experience

We are looking for a front office with significant dental experience and treatment planning knowledge (PPO, Dentical) for our office in Beverly Hills & Santa Monica. Comfortable leading the office in the front independently. Pay is based on experience. Dental experience required, and we have monthly bonus opportunities!

Responsibilities

Appointment scheduling and office flow management

Greeting and welcoming patients and managing recalls

Treatment presentation and planning handled independently

Insurance verification and co-payments

Qualifications

Dental experience required

Must have a High School Diploma or GED

Must have strong communication and organizational skills

Experience with Diamond Dental, Dentrix, Open Dental, or other Dental Practice Management Software

Good Telephone Etiquette

Have knowledge of basic office equipment such as: computer, internet, email, copy and fax machines, and telephone.
