Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the wine and spirits industry. This commission-based role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about wine and spirits and possess a strong desire to connect customers with products they'll love. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our brand's presence, building solid relationships with clients, and ultimately driving our company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the wine and spirits market.

Establish, maintain, and expand relationships with a diverse clientele, including bars, restaurants, liquor stores, and distributors.

Conduct compelling presentations and tastings to introduce products, educate potential clients about our offerings, and cultivate a loyal customer base.

Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify new business opportunities and challenges.

Achieve and exceed sales targets, with a focus on maximizing profits and sales growth.

Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events or campaigns that align with sales objectives.

Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience, preferably in the wine, spirits, or related beverage industry.

Extensive knowledge of wine and spirits, including varietals, regions, and production processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with a knack for prioritizing effectively.

Must be of legal drinking age and possess a valid driver's license.

Willingness to travel as needed and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
