We are looking for one experienced Sushi Chef (Who know how, fish breakdown, prepping as well as roll and sushi / sashimi)
MUST have all these skills. Who can at least fill 3-4 shifts, including weekend lunch shifts. Must Speak English (affluent), Japanese helpful but not must. Good communicating with customers at the sushi bar counter. We look for skill of accuracy and speed.
