Professional Server
As a Polished Server at Mi Piace, you will be responsible for providing an elevated dining experience to our guests.
We are seeking an individual with a deep understanding of fine dining service, including wine pairing, menu knowledge,
and table-side etiquette. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and personalized service to all guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Present and explain menu items with expertise, offering recommendations as needed.
- Accurately take and place orders, coordinating with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table settings and glassware.
- Assist with wine service and pairings, as well as other specialized service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Server in an upscale or fine dining restaurant is required.
- In-depth knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests in a professional manner.
- A polished appearance and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

As the first point of contact and the last interaction for our guests, the Hostess plays a critical role in setting the tone for the dining experience at Mi Piace. We are seeking an individual with a warm, welcoming demeanor and exceptional organizational skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume, upscale dining environment and the ability to manage reservations
and seating arrangements efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage reservations through Open Table and coordinate seating arrangements to optimize the dining flow.
- Assist in maintaining the ambiance and cleanliness of the entrance area.
- Handle guest inquiries and accommodate special requests with grace.
- Collaborate and consistently communicate with the management team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Hostess in an upscale dining environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Cocktail Waitress
The Cocktail Waitress at Mi Piace is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service in our bustling lounge and bar area. We are looking for a candidate with extensive knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits, as well as the ability to
provide a refined yet approachable service experience.
Responsibilities:
- Take and serve food and drink orders with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food cocktails, wines, and spirits.
- Ensure that all drinks are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table settings and glassware.
- Assist with wine service and pairings, as well as other specialized service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Cocktail Waitress in an upscale, high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits.
