We are currently hiring at our SILVER LAKE location. We are seeking experienced Servers to join the team. Our ideal candidate hustles and is a team player with a passion for hospitality, wine, cocktails and good food. Must be comfortable filling multiple FOH roles. Please note that we are a tip-pool house, wherein all staff have a stake at every table in the house.
Requirements:
This is a physical job - must be able to stand and move with urgency for 5 to 6 hours.
Possess high attention to detail
Natural Wine knowledge a plus!
Open availability including days, evenings and weekends
Enjoys working in a team environment
Possess CA Foodhandlers Card
Working weekends and holidays is a MUST
Qualifications:
Previous restaurant experience (1+ YEARS)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exude a warm and inviting demeanor
Provide fast, friendly, professional service to our guests
Ablity to sell wine and follow wine steps of service; it is as important to our experience as the food
Support other areas of the restaurant as needed
