Job Description:
We’re looking for enthusiastic, dedicated team members to join our family as Sandwich Maker / Barista / Cashier. As a key part of the MAMIE team, you will be responsible for crafting mouth-watering sandwiches, preparing delicious espresso drinks, and delivering outstanding customer service. You'll also help ensure our shop remains clean, organized, and safe, all while maintaining the high standards we’re known for.
The ideal candidate is passionate about food, loves creating memorable experiences for customers, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare delicious, high-quality sandwiches and espresso drinks according to MAMIE’s recipes and standards
Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude
Ensure cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas
Follow food safety guidelines and maintain high standards of hygiene at all times
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy shifts
Qualifications:
Full availability, including weekends (and must be available during the holiday season as well)
Previous food service experience is preferred
A passion for food and an eye for detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and team-player mentality
Must possess a valid food handler card
