Monday-Saturday 3PM-7PM
(Full time option 12PM-7PM)

B&C Teriyaki is a small family owned restaurant. The owners John and Aimee have been serving the locals their famous home made teriyaki and curry recipe since 1980. B&C Teriyaki has been featured in local newspapers. Credited as one of the longest standing teriyaki restaurants in the city, B&C Teriyaki hopes to continue to serve tasty comfort food at a great price for the generations to come.
Experience is preferred but not required. You do need to have a strong positive attitude, have strong integrity, be comfortable in fast paced environments and work well under pressure.

Job Role:
-Complete orders on the line
-Chopping and Preparing vegetables
-Cleaning grill, floor, dishes
-Cooling down and storing away food properly
Skills Required
- Previous experience in a catering, culinary, or restaurant kitchen setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation techniques
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils, including knives
-Knife skills (chopping and slicing)
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
-Positive attitude and enthusiasm
-Spanish speaking is preferred
Essential Functions
Frequent walking and standing for long periods of time
Ability to reach hands and arms in any direction and kneel and stoop repeatedly
Occasionally access high storage shelving with the use of step ladder
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Perform repetitive tasks such as cleaning and chopping
Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
Must be 18 years of age or older
