FUNKE - chef Evan Funke's Italian restaurant in Beverly Hills - is seeking a full time pastry production cook and baker. Shifts are from 6am - 2:30pm in our commissary bakery on Pico near La Cienega.
We make all breads, doughs and all components for chef Shannon Swindle's award-winning dessert program at both FUNKE and FELIX trattoria. Everything is made from scratch for an ever-evolving, market-driven Italian menu.
Applicants should send a cover letter and resume in response to this ad and have 2 years experience as a pastry cook. Bread experience preferred but not required. This is a full-time (40 hour a week) position - not part time.
Fluent English is required.
