The Role:
We’re looking for a dependable, organized, and flexible Part-Time Operations Assistant to support our team with a variety of hands-on tasks. This is a dynamic, hourly position perfect for someone who likes flexibility, enjoys helping in a small team environment, and wants to see the impact of their work directly.
Responsibilities:
Assist with shipping and organizing packages to investors, events, or partners
Help with events and possibly support in-store demos and tastings
Provide general operational support
Be a friendly and professional representative of Hurray’s Girl Beer at all touchpoints
Maintain accurate records of shipments, demos, and other operational tasks
Assist the team with miscellaneous projects and errands as needed
Requirements:
Must be 21 or older
Reliable transportation to get to accounts, events, and pickups
Have a computer and cell phone
Comfortable lifting and moving cases of beer
Strong communication and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a small, energetic team
Available primarily Tuesdays and Thursdays, with occasional flexibility for other days
Bonus Points:
Experience working in the beverage/alcohol industry
Familiarity with Los Angeles and Orange County
Basic organizational or administrative experience
