The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a seasoned, boots-on-the-ground On-Site Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage concessions during special events. This person will be the on-site lead—ensuring every location is fully staffed, stocked, profitable, and running at the highest level of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all on-site operations from setup to breakdown
Hire, schedule, and manage front- and back-of-house staff
Forecast food and beverage needs and manage inventory
Coordinate ordering, deliveries, and vendor logistics
Project sales, track budgets, and drive profitability
Ensure full compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations
Oversee alcohol service including beer, wine, and spirits
Be the primary contact for event organizers and internal teams
Uphold the Creative Event Foods standard of quality and service
Requirements:
Experience managing mobile or high-volume food & beverage operations
Must have alcohol service experience, including knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
Proven ability to manage large teams and delegate effectively
Skilled in budgeting, inventory control, and sales projections
Ability to travel and be on-site for multi-day or multi-week events
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Flexible, resourceful, and able to thrive under pressure
