We’re looking for motivated and reliable kitchen staff to join our team at a busy takeout-only restaurant located in Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA).

Responsibilities:
Assist with food prep and boiling station cooking
Accurately and efficiently package takeout orders
Help with dishwashing and daily kitchen cleaning
Follow kitchen procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Requirements:
Must have legal work authorization and be able to file taxes (W-2)
Previous kitchen or back-of-house experience is preferred — but not required; training will be provided
Must have a valid Food Handler Certificate
Available to work either of the following shifts:
– Morning shift: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
– Night shift: 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM (includes cleaning time)
Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Must be ready to start immediately
Long-term only — minimum 1-year commitment required
