Our brand is full of sunshine and all the things we love about the Southern California lifestyle. The new menu will be casual but elevated with farmers market salads, lobster rolls, steak frites, etc.
Requirements
Prep food and prepare dishes according to recipes
Clean and maintain kitchen, storage, and other spaces
Clean and maintain kitchen equipment
Current Food Safety Certification
Creative input for menus and specials appreciated (beverage pairings)
Ideal team members are extremely detail-oriented and genuinely enjoy making people happy with their food. Compensation DOE.
