Now Hiring: Karaoke Bar Host – Astronaut City (Arcadia, CA)
Location: Arcadia, CA
Compensation: $20/hour
Employment Type: Part-Time (4–5 shifts per week)
Schedule: Nights & weekends; open availability preferred
About Us: Astronaut City is a brand-new bar and live entertainment venue in Arcadia — featuring karaoke, comedy, trivia, live music, and more. We’re looking for energetic, reliable Hosts to join our opening team and help get the party started!
Responsibilities include:
-Greeting guests and checking IDs at the door
-Using the POS system
-Assisting bartenders with guest flow and light support tasks
-Setting up & managing karaoke system
-Keeping the venue clean and organized
-Helping create a fun, welcoming, and safe environment for all guests
Requirements:
-Must be 21+ years old
-Open availability nights/weekends
-Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
-Outgoing personality — you’re not shy about getting the party started!
-Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
-Team player with a positive attitude
