We re on the hunt for a versatile and passionate cook to join our tight-knit kitchen team! This isn t your average back-of-house role our kitchen is small, which means everyone wears all the culinary hats:
line cooking, prep work, pastry prep & baking, and even dishwashing.

What You'll Be Doing:
Working the line during service executing dishes with efficiency and care
Prepping ingredients and recipes to keep service running smoothly
Assisting with baking and pastry prep (experience is a plus!)
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen yes, that includes dishes!
Following food safety and sanitation guidelines
Creating a delicious dining experience for our guests!
What We re Looking For:
Experience in in a professional kitchen (as a line or prep cook and pastry experience is a plus!)
A team player who thrives in a small but busy cafe
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Someone who takes initiative and is willing to jump in wherever needed
Availability for shifts ranging from 6:30 AM 4:30 PM
Valid ServSafe Food Handler Certificate (California Required)
Hours & Schedule:
20-38 hours per week, depending on business needs (average 28 hours /week)
Must be available for morning and daytime shifts
