Kitchen Manager – Italian Restaurant

We’re looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our back of house operations at a busy, well established Italian restaurant. This is a hands on leadership role for someone passionate about great food, smooth operations, and building a strong team.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency
Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and professional environment
Maintain food and labor cost targets while minimizing waste
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Work closely with ownership and front-of house leadership to provide an exceptional guest experience
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3–5 years of kitchen management experience (Italian cuisine a plus)
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem solving skills
Proven track record of maintaining food quality and controlling costs
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
