We are looking for experienced KITCHEN MANAGERS to help us grow our highly successful company. We are hiring NOW! Ggiata Delicatessen is a New Jersey/Italian-style sandwich shop with freshly made-to-order sandwiches, salads, house-made sauces, dressings, meatballs, arancini, fried and grilled chicken, and more.

Qualifications include previous experience as a KITCHEN MANAGER in a busy, quick casual restaurant preferably with multi-unit operations. Management functions include purchasing, inventory control, food, and kitchen labor control, all culinary functions having worked line, prep cooking, recruiting, hiring, staff training, scheduling, cleanliness, and food safety. This position is responsible for submitting weekly invoices, and payroll hours bi-weekly. Being bi-lingual is necessary.
