Are you into the future of food? Want to help create a custom, gourmet, Michelin quality menu every week with the best ingredients in Los Angeles? Ready to learn as much about food, flavor and health as possible? Tired of working the line in a restaurant that isn't connected to their WHY? Long to be more involved, to learn more, improve your skills, and be with a kitchen that rewards loyalty and hard work, but is also connected to changing how we eat?

We are hiring CHEFS (we don't care what your previous position was) but YOU will be doing EVERYTHING in this kitchen. Cooking YES, everyday, most but you'll also be washing dishes, building spreadsheets, cleaning floors, making sauces, sourcing the finest ingredients, running earrands, and making a mark on the food.

You are multi-talented, can make food sing with complexity and flavor, and have recipes and ideas of your own. You've travelled the world perhaps and tasted food from everywhere and aren't afraid of the occasional 16 hr day. You like to work during the day, not night and you get up early. You might have worked in finance or tech but that isn't resonating with you anymore. You might have been a Head Chef but you're okay working hard for something else at the moment.

Ideal candidates speak good english, are motivated, driven to succeed, and love the grind of a kitchen and see a future in food for themselves, not a future elsewhere. Yes, you do need knife skills, some experience, and all that, but we don't care if you've never been a sous chef or a head chef. If you're just out of Culinary school and want to learn in a fast-paced, always evolving kitchen, where you'll cook hundreds of dishes, this is the place. We're hiring based on personality fit and persional connection to food.

This is a job that will require thinking skills, communication skills, long days, and most importantly, a desire to be a Chef and to get your hands on literally everything.
