About the Role:

We are expanding our sales force and seeking an experienced Food Sales Representative to champion our delicious and healthy fruit cups and vegetable cups. You'll focus on acquiring new accounts and growing existing business primarily within the dynamic Los Angeles convenience store channel (C-Stores, Gas Stations, Bodegas) and other local retailers (Specialty Markets, Small Grocers). This is a field-based role requiring hustle, relationship-building skills, and deep knowledge of the LA food distribution landscape.

Your Mission:

Prospect, cold call, and secure new accounts within the assigned Los Angeles territory (C-Stores & Retailers).

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key buyers and decision-makers.

Effectively present, sample, and sell our full line of fresh-cut fruit cups and vegetable cups.

Manage and grow sales within existing accounts, ensuring optimal product placement and promotions.

Understand customer needs and provide solutions using our product portfolio.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.

You Must Have:

Minimum 2 Years of proven, successful Outside Sales Experience specifically within the Food Industry (CPG, Fresh Produce, Dairy, Snacks, Beverages - experience selling into Convenience Stores is a HUGE plus!).

Established network and deep understanding of the Los Angeles retail and convenience store market.

Hunter mentality with a proven ability to open new doors and close new business.

Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized with strong time management.

Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to travel daily within the Greater LA area.

Proficiency with CRM software and basic sales reporting tools.

Passion for food and the fresh produce industry.
