Position: Croissant Baker
LOCATION: Burbank (90504)
Compensation: from $17.00 to $30.00 per hour / DOE
Shifts schedule: To be determined
Employment Type: Full time - 40 hours per week / weekends are must (Fri, Sat & Sun)
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the croissant production department
- Follow recipes
- Laminate from scratch croissant dough
- Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form baguettes, loafs, croissants, cookies, danishes etc. - Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed
- Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment
Minimum Qualifications
Be 18 years of age or older. Our ideal candidate is not necessarily someone with lots of professional experience. We are looking for someone dynamic, passionate, driven to learn and looking to self-develop. Effective communication skills and the ability to work as a team player. Basic mathematical skills. Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
Must have valid Food Handlers Certificate (can be completed online).
