Surfboy is looking to hire a friendly barista as soon as possible. The ideal candidate is a person who likes people and enjoys providing exceptional customer service with a smile. We're a customer service centered cafe and we're only looking for candidates with that skill.
We're looking for someone with open availability, someone who works hard, and takes pride in their work. Surfboy is extremely team oriented and we're looking for an individual that can work both independently and with the team. We prefer baristas with specialty coffee experience, although it's not a must if you have a rockstar attitude.
