Located in the heart of West Hollywood, we’re building a space where guests feel welcome, teams feel empowered, and every service hits a high standard. We’re looking for a Front-of-House Manager who knows how to lead from the floor, keep operations tight, and work hand-in-hand with the kitchen to deliver a smooth, consistent experience every shift.
Who You Are:
A hands-on leader with a calm, confident presence.
Experienced in fast-paced restaurant environments with high guest volume.
Focused on team development and day-to-day execution.
Comfortable owning the front-of-house while keeping communication strong with the back-of-house.
Reliable, organized, and motivated to lead by example.
What You’ll Do:
Manage daily FOH operations and guest experience.
Lead, train, and support the front-of-house team.
Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to ensure smooth service flow.
Oversee cleanliness, service standards, and team accountability.
Handle scheduling, shift leadership, and floor coverage.
Keep the energy professional, positive, and efficient during every service.
What You Bring:
2+ years of FOH management experience (fast-casual or full-service).
Proven ability to manage teams and guest-facing operations.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Open availability, including weekends and brunch service.
