Berolina Bakery is hiring!
We’re seeking a full-time pastry chef with a minimum of four years of experience in a professional bakery to join our team with the possibility of growth.
We seek applicants who are responsible, punctual, reliable, and efficient. They must also be able to follow recipes, create new cakes and baked goods, and maintain good health and safety practices. Our Bakery is located in the Northern Glendale / Montrose area. Berolina Bakery has been around for over 35 years. We are a full-line artisan bakery that bakes artisan breads, cakes, pastries, Viennoiserie, and a light breakfast and lunch menu.
REQUIREMENTS
Assisting in the daily production of our pastry department.
Be hardworking, responsible, reliable, and creative.
Cleanliness, organization, and knowledge of kitchen procedures are essential for success.
Have strong communication and good basic math skills
Fill the online order accordingly
Team-oriented and possesses a positive attitude and sense of humor
Must be able to follow recipes and create new products
Full-time, you need to be available to work Saturdays and Holidays. Day shift approx. 6.30 am - 3 pm
The bakery is closed on Sundays and Mondays
Day shift
A California food handling certificate is required.
