Your Role
Develop and execute rotating, seasonal menus using local, organic, and sustainably sourced ingredients
Build and maintain strong relationships with local purveyors
Lead kitchen operations, from prep to plating, ensuring excellence and consistency
Manage kitchen staff with a collaborative, respectful leadership style
Monitor food costs, inventory, and waste to ensure efficiency
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
What We’re Looking For
Proven culinary experience, ideally in a farm-to-table or seasonal menu environment
Strong creativity and knowledge of seasonal produce and sustainable sourcing
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to adapt menus quickly based on availability and quality of ingredients
Passion for building community through food
