Prep Cook
Seeking experienced prep cook. Must have knives and can follow check lists and instructions. Work without supervision, self motivated and willing to learn. Must have experience with blenders, juicers, mincers and most cooking tools and appliances. Can follow recipes for sauces, Aioli's, batters, vinaigrettes.
Experience with Fish and shellfish a big plus
Must work a "clean as you go" station at all times. Must be efficient and on time.
Your role will also include cleaning all cooking and prep spaces and organizing all storage areas, cold and dry and the updating of inventory lists at the end of your shift.
This is a prep & clean only position every Monday when the restaurant is closed: hours 10 - 4pm. Additional shifts may be available based on your work skills, work ethic and availability.
This is a part-time position.
