We are looking to add one more BARISTA to our Manhattan Beach location! At least 6-months Barista experience is a must! We are a small but mighty store by the beach! Great time to join right before the holidays!
Expectations of the role:
-MUST HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! This location has a ton of regulars!
-Executing all FOH and hospitality procedures at the highest standard in alignment with company standards - this includes guest interactions, cleanliness, retail displays, pastries, hospitality, and register procedures
-Consistently following the store FOH opening and closing lists and daily tasks list
-Contributing your efforts and skills in keeping the highest standard of cleanliness and organization to the store
-Solid understanding and engagement on all offerings on our menu including coffee, tea, bagels, pastries and specials
-Executing beverage procedures at the highest standard in alignment with company standards
-Memorizing all details required for coffee offerings and menu offerings
-Understanding the team metrics and goals, and contributing your efforts and skills to meet those goals
We are open 7 days a week, opening shift starts at 5am (Great for early risers!)
Public store hours are:
Mon-Fri 6am-2pm
Sat & Sun 6am-4pm
Free meal per shift and reserved parking for staff!
