Small Catering Co. in need of an assistant. Must be able to start ASAP. You must meet the following criteria.
1. Neat Appearance.
2. You must be professional.
3. Can do attitude.
4. Willing to stay till it's done.
2. Excel experience (MUST be able to create columns, rows, adding and subtracting calculations).
5. Must work calm under pressure, yet possess a great and bubbly personality.
6. Great phone voice - exuding confidence, professionalism and warmth.
7. Can type at least 55 wpm.
8. You must have worked in the event planning/ catering field within the last few years.
9. you must be a very organized person (you will be responsible for organizing my office)
10. not a remote position
11. I love actors, But this is not a position for an actor. it requires too much of your time, and we'd need you to be flexible around our schedule.
The hours can vary from 40 to 50/ week. $35/hr (based on experience)
