The Role:
SÜPRMARKT is seeking an energetic, friendly, and dedicated individual to join our Customer Service Team. As a Customer Service Representative of our vegan market, you will play a crucial role in providing the most positive Customer Experience possible. You will be responsible for creating and serving delicious and nutritious juices and smoothies along with packaging and serving our innovative plant-based meals that cater to our diverse community. Our Customer Service Representatives ensure that all guests receive their full and complete order.
30 Day Probation Period
Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, assisting with product selection, and offering recommendations
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the customer service area and throughout the store
Monitor and replenish stock on shelves and in displays
Assist with store opening and closing procedures
Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers
Using Blenders, Juicers, and recipes, create delicious and nutritious juices and smoothies
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
Basic math skills and ability to operate POS systems
Enthusiasm for vegan and plant-based products preferred
Physical requirements may vary. However, in general, the position requires the following activities: the ability to lift minimum of 5 lbs to a max of 30 lbs unassisted and stand, sit, stoop, bend, turn, walk, stretch, reach, and use full range of body motions
