-Crudo e Nudo is a modern seafood restaurant, focused on changing how the restaurant industry works. We specialize in raw local sustainable seafood, and low-intervention wine.
-We are a small shop, with a total of 12 employees, where everyone rotates between roles and participates as a team. We differentiate ourselves from the normal restaurant hierarchy and 'station' mentality, by having everyone share in all duties, including pouring wine, plating food, doing dishes, busing, etc.
-We are a pooled tip house, so everyone must collaborate and work well together.
-We are looking for 2 employees at the moment, 1 with hosting/serving/managing experience and another with cooking/fish butchery experience.
-We are looking for motivated team members who are passionate about sustainability in food, the environment, and lifestyle. We are looking for full-time only, 38-40 hours per week. Our staff work 4 ten hour days a week and have three days off. We cover 70% of a Kaiser medical plan after 60 days. Food and wine can be bought at cost for home, and staff meals are anything on the menu. MUST HAVE WEEKEND AVAILABILITY.
-HOURLY WAGE DOE. New staff generally make $25/hr while training and between $35-$45 once fully trained, training can take 1-2 months.
