Responsibilities:
Prepare craft and classic cocktails with precision and flair.
Collaborate with the team to maintain bar operations and provide exceptional service.
Submit innovative cocktail recipes regularly.
Upsell our in-house spirits and promote specialty drinks.
Perform side work proactively without needing direction.
Serve as your own server and busser, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a bartender with a strong understanding of cocktail creation.
Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Self-driven and able to manage side work independently.
Comfortable upselling and promoting in-house spirits.
Adaptable and willing to handle multiple roles, including serving and bussing.
Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
