We are a local restaurant/sports bar looking to add to our team! We specialize in upscale bar food and craft cocktails and are known as a Vintage Sports Bar. We are in need of highly talented, experienced, and motivated hospitality professionals to join our team.
We are looking for the following positions:
Host/Hostess
Server
Bartender
Barback
Cook
Line Cook
Dishwasher
Busser
Runner
All Service Associates will be required to demonstrate the following:
- A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with a team members
- A genuine passion for providing the highest level of hospitality to all of our guests
- Attention to detail and willingness to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Professional appearance and the ability to consistently adhere to our attire standards
- Must have a flexible schedule for Full Time and Part Time positions (days, nights and/or weekends)
Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a hospitable approach to all who are coming in to enjoy a great Experience
- Approach with only warmth and grace at the front door. Maintaining your composure during busy shifts and ensuring guests are taken care of prior to their meal
- Perform all opening/closing and side work duties
- Comfortable managing the flow of the dining room. Responsible for a busy waitlist and ensuring tables are seated in a timely manner
- Manage reservation and waitlist tablet and platform
- Demonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, flexibility, positive attitude, initiative, organization, communication skills, and enthusiasm
Qualified Hosts must be engaging, warm, and have a team-based mentality. Four Years’ experience is a plus.
