Chef for Mediterraean Restaurant

We are looking for a chef for new Mediterranean Restaurant, who can lead the kitchen especially the shawarma and rotisserie chicken section, including preparing, marinating, cooking and serving shawarma and rotisserie chicken. Developing and refining recipes for shawarma marinades, rotisserie marinades, seasonings, sauces to ensure authentic and flavorful results.
