McCall’s Meat & Fish Co. is a beloved neighborhood market that been serving the east side for over 10 years and specializes in fine meats and seafood, but we also offer a wide variety of specialty products such as imported and domestic cheeses, oils, vinegars, and locally-sourced produce from the farmers market.
We are looking for a Full-Time FOH Customer Service / Produce Clerk…
Duties
- Deliver warm customer service that maintains the charm of the local neighborhood butcher shop/take the extra mile to engage with the customer
- Assisting with produce packing, sorting, and stocking on market days
- Light cutting of meat and fish (no experience in cutting? we will teach you!)
- Work as a team to keep the shop running up to the highest standards
Requirements:
Experience with food (Kitchens, Farms or Grocery) preferred but not required. Willing to train the right person.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must have a love for food and cooking.
Must be organized.
Must be a team player.
Must be able to work weekends.
Must have Valid Food Handler’s Card
