DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide exceptional knowledge of spirits, wines, and mixed drinks, including preparation methods.
Anticipate guest needs, respond to concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
Stock the bar with necessary supplies like liquor, glassware, and condiments.
Serve drinks accurately for guests and service bar areas, ensuring quality and presentation.
Operate the hotel's computer system for sales and closing checks.
REQUIREMENTS:
TIPS, ServSafe, and RBS certifications preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in food & beverage service, preferably in a luxury setting.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and shifts.
Proficiency in English (speaking, writing, and reading).
