Dialog Cafe in WEST LA , CA is looking for one Barista to join our team. We are located on 1835 S Sepulveda BLVD, inside the Equinox building. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.
Part Time position and Full Time position available
YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN 3RD WAVE COFFEE.
Responsibilities:
Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with Company Standards
Execute Latte Art
Prepare smoothies in accordance with Company Standards
Maintain a clean and tidy work area
Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
Qualifications:
Proven working experience as a barista. Must have knowledge of third wave coffee
Must be able to calibrate espresso
Must be able to execute latte art
High integrity with a great attendance record
Strong attention to detail
Ability to listen and communicate effectively
