Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the General Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, scheduling hosts and supervising a team of restaurant members.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Schedule hosts. Manage staff to maximize efficiency, provide customer service in scheduling parties
Work with Aloha POS to do management functions for the servers
- Work with kitchen managers to assure timely food service
- Utilize math skills to close out daily deposits and apply tip share
- Demonstrate leadership by motivating and guiding front of the house staff to achieve sales targets
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, and reporting
- Conduct employee orientation and training sessions to ensure staff competence
- Monitor stock levels of promo items and coordinate restocking activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service and restaurant operations-Ability to work with customers scheduling parties and special events
- Knowledge of restaurant sales strategies and techniques
- Familiarity with Aloha POS
- Excellent leadership abilities to guide and motivate a team effectively
- Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Administrative proficiency for managing restaurant operations smoothly
- Experience in conducting employee orientation and training programs
