Operation Leadership
Support the General Manager in day to day operation.
Over see FOH and BOH team performance.
Ensure all food, service, cleanliness, and safety standards are met consistency.
Team Management
Coach, train, and motivate team member to uphold high hospitality and work standard.
Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling.
Provide hands on leadership on the floor during peak hours.
Guest Experience
Maintain a warm, welcoming environment that reflects hospitality.
Handle guest concerns and resolve service issues with care and professionalism.
Business Support
Assist in managing inventory, ordering, and vendor communication.
Monitor labor and food cost control in collaboration with GM.
Help drive revenue and control costs through smart planning and execution.
