De La Nonna, a popular pizza focused restaurant in the Arts District, DTLA is looking to hire an AM bakery / dough prep cook, and an PM line cook.
Am Bakery / Dough should be good with baker's hours that start at 6am Tuesday - Saturday. PM Line shifts are typically 4pm-12am but vary each day of the week a bit. Bonus points for a positive attitude and hopeful outlook on problem solving. We work as a team in a respectul environment and want to hire someone who understands hospitality and kindness starts with how we communicate with each other, as well as the guests.
These are both roles with room for growth, as we are expanding to new projects, and we offer optional health, dental, and vision insurance package, 401k program, and dining discounts.
