Document current invoice reconciliation process for IT goods from acquisition to disposal
Identify and document risks that could lead to unexpected costs and exposure
Document the current tracking and reporting processes for invoicing our IT goods with the current cost's controls and financial checks for governance
Collaborate (and document) with IT, Sourcing, and Finance teams on their current roles and responsibilities within this space.
Based on findings, propose a solution that solves for end-to-end invoice reconciliation workflow while ensuring IT asset policies and regulations are adhered too

A Bachelor's degree and or a minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a financial analyst
strong understanding of invoice reconciliation workflow tracking and reporting
strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven experience in understanding and designing invoice reconciliation workflow processes
Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning, and execution skills
qualifications:
Experience level: Experienced
Minimum 3 years of experience
Education: Bachelors
