80,000-85,000 per year DOE | Los Angeles, CA, USA | Salary | Full Time Responsibilities: The National Project Manager will perform a full range of activities which ensure the operational effectiveness and excellence of assigned TMG Operations including, but not limited to: 1. Serve as lead for projects for TMG and its clients. 2. Identify measurable indicators for projects, design tracking methods, document workflow, and make recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness for TMG and its clients. 3. Serve as the functional expert on specific applications. 4. Coordinates and prioritizes project tasks, timelines and budget. 5. Ensures project is within contractual obligations and regulatory requirements 6. Communicates between TMG site operations and Director of Operations. 7. Maintains electronic mailboxes and folders within that align with TMG operations 8. Provides assistance in training for new and/or modified processes 9. Maintains current job aides, processes in TMG electronic locations such as OneNote and Teams 10. May need to travel Create new Enterprise Account MMR's & Revise Enterprise Account Monthly Management Report's for the following years or advanced reports Assist Operations with Quarterly/Annual Business Reviews utilizing MS PowerPoint and Excel Create PowerPoint presentations for special projects within the operations. For example - courier solutions or other cost savings initiatives Assign monthly trainings for all TMG Associates through Paycom VLC and track monthly completions, when necessary Create trainings as needed for Operations and/or Business Development if not within current training library Maintain OneDrive for Senior Managing Director Update Goals/Objectives Workbook for management team each month Make edits for changes to proforma such as new accounts or to remove accounts - convert Business Development's Proformas to standard format Updating TMG Toolbox requirements and maintaining Create client surveys and maintain survey tool Create benchmark tools for Operations and Business Development Assist Business Development in responding to RFP's Act as resource for New Account transitions to include travel to various locations Other projects as assignedQualifications: High Proficiency with Microsoft office applications Strong work ethic; diplomatic; team and service oriented; builds strong working relationships. Consistently demonstrates professional demeanor, appearance and attitude. A high level of confidentially is required. Proven ability to remain calm under pressure; resilient. Sound judgment and problem-solving ability. Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt to an ever-changing work environment. Assertive and resourceful; motivated; willing to ask questions and take initiative without direction. Must work well under pressure with minimal supervision. Must be customer focused and display a professional demeanor. Strong organizational and administrative skills Enthusiastic positive individual Able to communicate effectively at all levels in a diverse and fast paced working environment Highly reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality record High energy level, dependable and comfortable performing multifaceted projects Able to prioritize and ensure all requests are accommodated Facilities and/or shipping & receiving experience a plus Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience will be considered.
