LOA Specialist

Description We are actively searching for a LOA Specialist to join our team in the non-profit sector, based in Los Angeles, California. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity, focusing on processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries with a focus on resolving issues effectively Process customer credit applications in line with the organization's standards Regularly monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records Ensure compliance with financial services regulations and standards Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now systems for efficient operation Use ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for data transfer within the organization Leverage Ceridian and CRM systems for managing customer data Perform auditing tasks to ensure accuracy and integrity of customer data Execute benefit functions and maintain effective communication with customers.
