About The Job:
I’m female model and influencer looking for a creative, organized, and social-media-savvy assistant to help me manage and streamline my content creation workflow. This is an in-person role for someone based in LA who’s excited to work closely behind the scenes and get creative!
You’ll help me capture and produce content, stay on top of brand deadlines, and maintain an organized schedule across platforms. Ideal for someone who’s passionate and knowledgable about Instagram, TikTok, and the content creator space!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Capture:
-Assist with shooting content (BTS photoshoot content, on-location photos and videos throughout the LA area)
(NOTE, some photoshoots with have lingerie, topless, or implied nudity. Must be comfortable and appropriate in this environment. Absolutely NO adult content. My team is fun, lighthearted, silly, and very professional. I am looking for someone that also fits this bill)
Editing & Video Support:
-Trim down footage for Reels/TikToks
-Add captions, text overlays, and trending audio when applicable
-Help repurpose long-form or casual content into platform-specific clips
Content Management:
-Organize and upload video/photo content using Google Drive or Dropbox
-Maintain a shared content calendar: scheduled posts, brand deadlines, shoot days
Brand Deal Tracking:
-Keep track of current brand partnerships (deliverables, deadlines, payments)
-Help prep shoot days with checklists, outfits, props, etc.
Miscellaneous:
-Be able to run errands if need be (like picking up props, lunch, coffee, etc.)
