Experience in Advantage HCM ERP is a plus Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly in the areas of employee lifecycle management, position control, and absence management (sick leave, vacation, etc.) Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Technical Skills: Proficiency in using ERP configuration tools and HR reporting tools. Familiarity with data migration and integration concepts is a plus Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization Certification: ERP-specific certifications are a plusMinimum Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree; equivalent related experience may be considered in lieu of degreeDesired qualifications/non-essential skills: Team oriented Customer service oriented Experience with User Centered Design Understanding of configuration management and the systems development life cycle Experience with ERP products Knowledge of Agile methodology“CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
