Create and produce high-quality graphics for print, digital, and video.
Develop designs that align with brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms and campaigns.
Edit and produce video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and presentations.
Create illustrations as needed to enhance creative assets and brand storytelling.
Translate creative concepts into polished final assets, ready for production.
Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, product teams, and other departments to understand project objectives and deliver effective design solutions.
Partner with other designers to refine concepts, enhance visual storytelling, and elevate campaign impact.
Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to improve designs and meet project goals.
Project Management
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Maintain organized workflows and ensure assets are accessible for cross-functional teams.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned with timelines.
Technical Skills
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Prepare files for print production, ensuring all technical specifications are met, including resolution, color profiles, and file formats.
Collaborate with vendors to ensure the accuracy and quality of final print and digital materials.
3D SketchUp knowledge is a big advantage.
Quality Control
Review and proof designs for accuracy, ensuring adherence to brand standards and project requirements.
Conduct thorough checks for technical and visual consistency before submitting assets for production.
Make revisions based on feedback and ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
Preferred Skills
Strong grasp of typography, video editing, branding, and graphic design trends, particularly within the beauty, cosmetics or fashion sectors.
Experience managing creative projects in a deadline-driven environment, balancing creativity and efficiency.
Familiarity with additional tools like SketchUp or 3D software for visualization is a plus.
